Return Policy

Everyone here at Hannen Health hopes that your shopping experience with us has been a pleasant one. We guarantee our nutritional products for quality, freshness and labeled potency. We offer 30 days guarantee for all items on our site.

If you are not satisfied with your order, simply contact us for a Return Authorization Number at 866.362.7297 so that you may return your product. You must do this to return your product! We make every effort to make returns simple and easy! For a full refund, the product must also be in resalable condition (sealed, unopened, in original packaging). All products must be returned to us within 30 days…no exceptions! Return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense and will not be refunded and we cannot issue refunds for items that arrive to us damaged or get lost along the way. It is your responsibility to verify that the return is properly insured (please check with the delivery company you choose).

For our International customers:

No Refund will be given for confiscated or stolen products. It is your responsibility to check with your customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country before placing your order.

Damaged Products

We make every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. Merchandise damaged during shipping should be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. Upon receipt of the returned product we will examine its condition and provide a free replacement for any product that has been damaged. Back Orders

We regularly stock every item in the full Hannen Health System product line. However, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this event, we will ship those items in stock and complete the delivery once new product is received in our warehouse. Every attempt to fill your order quickly will be made.
